About Us

Rolling Hills Vineyard B&B consists of 13.5 acres of beautiful rolling terrain and ponderosa pines, all surrounded by lush vineyards and spectacular scenery. Bird and wildlife abound. The property offers seclusion yet close to Penticton and Osoyoos.

Within walking distance there are 3 wineries for your wine tasting enjoyment, golfing is nearby, fishing, boating, swimming, hiking/biking trails, shopping and award winning restaurants are all only minutes away. Bird sanctuary and animal protected lands are at our doorstep.

The amenities are 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms, large common living room with surround sound TV, DVD and library, two eating areas - formal or informal with vista views of the mountains and valley. Huge decks surround the house where you can eat your breakfast or relax in the sun. All bedrooms are at ground level and overlook the in-ground pool and common garden area, rooms have their own private patios and entrances. Upon your arrival a chilled beverage and cheese platter will be available while you relax on our sun deck or your own private patio. We would love to make any bookings for you for golf  tee-times, restaurants or local entertainment venues and would be glad to offer any suggestions or help you find the activities you are interested in pursuing.

Our property is in the process of  being transformed into a beautiful vineyard. Guests are welcome to watch a vineyard being planted on the rolling terrain and vines personally selected to produce the wonderful award winning wines the Interior is famous for. Spend time on the wrap around balcony overlooking the vineyard to see how it is done. Our breakfasts are prepared with pride and care, using local in season fresh fruits and vegetables along with home made breads, jams and preserves. We offer full, continental, and self-serve breakfasts and are cognizant of dietary preferences.

Your hosts (Fred & Fernanda Ganhao) look forward to your arrival as a guest, and hope you  leave as new friends.
