Boating

Okanagan Lake: is another BC fiord lake and the largest body of water in the Okanagan Similkameen region. It is very popular with locals and visitors alke for activities such as boating, water skiiing, swimming, and fishing. The summer weather is sunny, dry and hot. The beautiful sandy beaches are inviting. The combination of the lake, beaches, weather and recreational activities makes the Okanagan a perfect vacation spot.

Osoyoos Lake: Visit Canada's warmest lake - Lake Osoyoos- for a wide array of watersports or enjoy many of the festivals and jamborees hosted in this small town. The surrounding area features Canada's only desert flora and fauna such as prickly pear cactus, antelope bush and rare species of birds. Fish in nearby lakes, hike the hills or golf one of the local links.

Skaha Lake: Skaha Lake is separated from Okanagan Lake to the north by a narrow stretch of vally bottom on which the city of Penticton has developed. A channel connects the two bodies of water. Water sports abound, the beaches are sandy and good for swimming.
